SESAME STICKS WITH HAM

Ingredients:

-   200 g flour

-   ½  sachet of bread maker's yeast

-   60 ml warm water

-   20 ml milk

-   60 ml extra virgin olive oil

-   50 g sesame seeds

-   Argal al Plato Serrano ham

-   mixed green leaves

Method: 

To make the sesame sticks, make a dough by mixing together the flour, the yeast dissolved in water, the milk and the olive oil. Knead until the dough is elastic and shape into sticks. Stick the sesame seeds to the sticks. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 170 ºC for about 15 minutes or until golden.
